Founder & Principal Consultant
A mechanical engineer by education, Sudarsanam entered financial services as an insurance advisor in 2000. He completed a course in Certified Financial Planning and has worked with HCL, GEA Group and Edelweiss Tokio Life. He leads PvE’s key business processes and vision.
Director — Strategy & Operations
A management graduate from SASTRA University, Geethaappiriya brings experience across insurance, retail and corporate banking. Her background includes Royal Bank of Scotland and Standard Chartered Bank. She helps shape PvE’s strategy and operations.
